Projects are designed to be completed within 4-6
weeks. When included in the program, implementation and guidance activities
continues for an ongoing period of 6 months. Scheduling is a critical
factor in delivering my services since I can only accomodate a limited
number of projects at a time. Once you have decided to retain me an
appointment for the initial on-site visit should be made as soon as
possible.
COST
Cost is based on the size of the firm and
the specific project. For example, a typical Client Survey, for a
small 1-5 person office is a minimum fee of $3,000. Direct expenses
such as travel and out-of-pocket are additional and billed at cost.
Preliminary interview meetings, pre-proposal, held outside of the
New York area, are billed at $500 plus travel expenses.
